Welcome to Bin Rafiq Travels. By accessing and using our B2B platform and services, you ("the Agent", "User") agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Agent Accounts

   Access to our platform is granted to approved travel agents only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Booking & Reservations

   All group fare bookings are subject to airline availability, fare rules, and final confirmation. Fares are dynamic and not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and payment is received as per the agreed terms. Bin Rafiq Travels reserves the right to inform you of any changes before finalizing a reservation.

3. Payments

   Payment for all bookings must be made via direct bank deposit or other approved offline methods as communicated by our team. Proof of payment must be provided for verification. Bookings will not be processed or ticketed until payment has been confirmed by our accounts department.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

   All requests for cancellations, modifications, or refunds are strictly governed by the policies of the respective airline. As a B2B facilitator, Bin Rafiq Travels is bound by these airline rules and cannot override them. Any applicable airline penalties, fare differences, and service fees will be charged for such requests.

5. Limitation of Liability

   Bin Rafiq Travels acts as an intermediary booking agent for third-party suppliers, such as airlines. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by the service providers. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the service fee charged for the specific booking in question.

6. Governing Law

   These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
